Upon arrival
Madrid apartments: At Rentapartmagazine we want your first contact with your new “home sweet home” to be as pleasant as possible. This is why we have thought carefully about every single detail.
The day you arrive, an agent from Rentapartmagazine will be waiting for you to give you a warm welcome. S/he will hand you the keys, show you around the accommodation and give you instructions on how to use the facilities. This is the person you must deliver the proove of payment for the final amount pending for your stay and also the security deposit.
Remember that the deposit will be used as a payment to guarantee any possible damage occurring that the guest is liable for. The sum of the deposit shall be returned on the final day of your stay if the apartment is in the same conditions as you found it.
In addition, our agent will give you details on your new neighbourhood: including where to find the nearest supermarket, what sort of public transport access is available and any other information ensuring that your first day in our city more comfortable and easier.
At Rentapartmagazine we are aware that cleanliness is essential. This is why you will find everything clean and tidy upon arrival and you will have a clean set of towels and sheets for greater comfort.
Apartment arrival time:
It is important that you let us know when you are expecting to arrive at the apartment so our agent can welcome you and any delays can be avoided.
Rentapartmagazine will send you the exact address of the apartment as well as our agent’s telephone number together with your booking confirmation. This is the number you must call to confirm the arrival time to the apartment. Call us when are arriving to Madrid if you are travelling by car or train or just before leaving the airport if you are travelling by air.
Arrival at the apartment will always take place after 3 pm to leave time for the previous guest to vacate the apartment and for cleaning and conditioning to take place.
Remember that both arrival and departure from the apartment must take place in office hours meaning that if you arrive after 8 pm you will have to pay a 40-euro surcharge. The final arrival deadline is 00:00.
