Payment of the reservation

Living in one of our apartments, even just for a few days, will feel like an unforgettable experience, the most natural way to integrate in a city. To make the most of this experience, we need to set forth some clear and simple rules to avoid any misunderstandings.

Please read the conditions below carefully, and remember that we are thorough because we don’t want your stay to be spoiled by any mishaps. Reservation and stay payment  To confirm reservation of an apartment RentapartMagazine requires its clients tor pre-pay 25% of the total stay amount with a credit card. The payment of this amount is carried out online at the time the booking is made, and it is charged to your card through paypal once the apartment availability has been confirmed.   To guarantee confidenciality of your data, this transactions is carried out through a secure server.

This pre-payment is necessary to make your reservation effetive and it will not be fully valid until we have charged 25% of the total to your card through paypal and have received our confirmation. Once the payment has bee done, we will send you an e-mail validating the data of your reservation, together with the address of the apartment in the 24 subsequent hours or 48 later at weekends.

The remaining amount, 75% will be paid to the owner to the apartment. You can pay this amount to the owner of the apartment with a bank transfer or with your credit card through paypal before your entrance in the apartment. Remember that any transfer costs shall be for the account of the customer and these will not be deducted from the sum total. In you pay with a credit card through paypal, a 4% surchage will be added to the total sum bacause of paypal fees.

Cancel reservation

Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that the  amount paid in the reservation shall not be returned under any circumstances. Date or apartment changes will be treated as  new booking and the cancellation terms shall apply. Force majeure circumstances or circumstances beyond the customer’s control shall not be regarded as exceptions to the application of the booking cancellation costs described herein.

Rentapartmagazine recommends that you take out a private insurance policy to cover any incidents.

Rentapartmagazine shall not return money paid if the customer decided to leave the apartment prior to the date indicated in the booking.

Should Rentapartmagazine be unable to offer you the apartment booked for reasons beyond its control, Rentapartmagazine proceed to an immediate refund of money given as reserve.

Rentapartmagazine shall not be liable for further customer complaints once this agreement had been reached.


In order to guarantee care and respectful usage of the apartment on our customer’s behalf, we demand a guarantee deposit upon arrival, which shall be returned on the last day, following your departure from the accommodation, whenever the apartment is in the exact same conditions as it was delivered.

The deposit amount,is 300 Euros, depending on the apartment chosen and the number of days of stay. This amount shall be used as a payment guarantee for any possible damage that the guest is liable for. The deposit must be paid in cash or through paypal to the representative from Rentapartmagazine receiving you upon entry into the apartment.

Check in and check out

Rentapartmagazine will send you the precise address of the apartment as well as our agent’s telephone number together with your booking confirmation.

This is the number you must phone to confirm the time of arrival at the apartment.It is very important for you to report the time of arrival at the apartment for our agent to receive you and hand over the keys and thus avoid unnecessary delays.

Call us when you are arriving to Madrid if you are travelling by car or train or just before leaving the airport if you are travelling by air.

Entry into the apartment will always take place after 3 pm to leave time for the previous guest to vacate the apartment and for cleaning and conditioning to take place. If you arrive after 8 pm you would have to pay a €40 surcharge. The maximum arrival time is 00:00.

On the last day of your stay, the maximum departure time is 11 am. If you want arrive earlier than 3 pm or leave later than 11 am, please inform us prior to your arrival and we shall do our utmost to meet your requests as long as the property is not rented that day to another guest.

Luggage may not be left in the apartment once vacated under any circumstances. As we have said above, an agent will be expecting you to welcome you to the city. S/he will hand you the keys, show you around the accommodation and give you instructions on how to use the facilities. After signing the contract, you must hand our agent the prove of payment of remaining amount for the stay plus the deposit in cash or with a credit card through paypal.


Rentapartmagazine guarantees that the apartment will be clean, tidy and in perfect usage conditions upon arrival. In addition, we provide clean sheets and towels so you need not worry.

The apartment must be returned in  tidy conditions as you found it, and any rubbish disposed of.


Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Number of guest

RentApartMagazine reports the number of places available for each accommodation in the apartment’s description. When asking for the reservation, the customer must report the number of people who are going to be in the apartment, whose number may not be above that stipulated for each apartment, with the exception made for children under two years of age.

Respecting this rule is very important as, otherwise, RentApartMgazine would be obliged to ask the customer to immediately vacate the apartment and you would not be entitled to compensation.


Cats, dogs and other pets are not allowed in apartments, except when otherwise stated in the apartment’s description.

Respect to the rest of the neighbors

Rentapartmagazine does not allow parties in its apartments at any time of the day or night. It is clearly specified in these terms of use that in the event of any nuisance to neighbours caused by noise or loud music, Rentapartmagazine would be authorised to ask the customer to immediately leave the apartment, and no right to a refund of the rental remaining or the deposit would be applicable in this case.

If the police had been called to the scene, Rentapartmagazine would be entitled to vacate the apartment at any time of the day or night. It is mandatory to respect peace and quiet and rest between 10 pm and 9 am both inside the apartment and in the rest of the building.

The responsibilities

Should any direct or indirect damage occur as a consequence of the customer’s use of the apartment such as losses due to fires, burglary, criminal behaviour, etc. neither Rentapartmagazine nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable.

Rentapartmagazine is entitled to request the customer to vacate the apartment in the case of a breach of the terms and conditions described above. In this case, the customer shall not be entitled to any manner of monetary compensation nor the refund of the money paid, nor will the customer be entitled to make future claims.

The company Rentapartmagazine shall do everything possible to ensure that details are precise and to verify the truthfulness of the information on the apartments published, however, it shall not be liable for any possible errors or omissions.

Rentapartmagazine presents the apartments as described by their owner on its website, and we will not be liable for any possible amendments occurring regarding the photographs published. Users are responsible for ensuring that the terms and conditions detailed on this page are up to date. The mere usage of this website implies acceptance and compliance of the conditions set forth by Rentapartmagazine.
