Ok, so you’ve decided you want to travel to Madrid and this is when you realise that conventional hotels: a) Are very expensive; b) Are totally impersonal; c) Both of the above. This is when you decide to look for an apartment where you can experience what it’s like to be just another “madrileño”.
Rentapartmagazineoffers you the easiest, most comfortable, and safest way to book your apartment in Madrid. You only need to follow four simple steps:

Attention, before booking you must log in on our website. It is very easy you can do it with a username and your email, in the upper right part of our page. Our system will send you a password to your email, and with it you can complete your profile and the reservation process.

So that you can find the apartment that most closely matches your tastes and needs, Rentapartmagazine provides you with an advanced search system that is at the top of the page once you click on the tab at the top that says: “Book now”. There you can choose the arrival and departure dates, number of bedrooms you want, the number of guests that the apartment allows, or the area of ​​the city where you prefer it to be located. Then, the system will show you the available apartments that suit the characteristics you have indicated.

And if you have already seen an apartment that you really like on our homepage, just click on the photo to enter the apartment listing.

Once selected, a descriptive sheet of the apartment appears. There you can see the rates, availability, location, and a detailed description of the services offered by the apartment.

Enter the arrival and departure dates in the calendar (in the boxes to the right of the apartment´s photograph) assuring you first, that it is not occupied during the dates you have chosen. Next, choose the number of people and click “reserve”. Immediately the system will calculate your quote showing you the total price.

The system will indicate with a green sign that your request has been sent and will be answered shortly

However, to be able to do this process described above, it will be necessary to register before, in the tab at the top right hand side, that says “enter or register”

You just have to click on “register”. Then you will have to enter an email address and a password. The system, in a matter of seconds, will send you a new password to your email. Use it to enter or log in, because from now on you, can do it.

Your profile page will open, so you can fill in all the information and change the password sent to you by the system. Now you are logged in, and therefore, you can book right now!

Each booking request will be answered after a few minutes via email.

Terms of Use

Please read the usage conditions concerning your stay at our apartments carefully. You can read them by clicking on the tab called “Terms of Use” at the top of the page. It is necessary to accept the terms of use before confirming the booking.
If you agree with the terms, there is only one click left, to “Confirm reservation”.

Reservation payment

Next, you will need to pre-pay 25% of the total reservation amount with a credit card.
This pre-payment is necessary to make your reservation effective and it will not be fully valid until we have charged 25% of the total to your card though paypal,or with a bank transfer having verified the apartment’s availability.
Once the payment has been received, we will send you an e-mail validating the data of your reservation within 24 hours or 48 hours on weekends.
The remaining amount, 75%, is to be paid to the owner of the apartment with a bank trasnfer or through paypal. Once you have paid the booking we will inform to you how to pay this amount to the owner of the apartment.
We remind to you the payment with a credit card through paypal will be charged an additional 4% bacause of paypal fee.Please bear in mind that any bank transfer fees shall be the responsability of the guest.
